Strength training and Crossfit circuits using high-intensity kick-boxing and MMA techniques are my favorite classes. During the training and practicing period, I obtain great results, as proof, I am certified with a black belt in three martial arts disciplines - Judo, Jiu-Jitsu, and BJJ, and also competing in MMA cage matches.
